Robert Chefitz, managing partner of EGIS Capital Partners and chair of ENTOUCH’s Board of Directors, states, “We welcome Jon into the CEO role. Bolen previously served as ENTOUCH’s COO and was the architect of industry-leading ENTOUCH.360 service. He brings over 20 years of technology-enabled business expertise to the role. A veteran of the restaurant and retail space, Bolen spent seven years with Westec Intelligent Surveillance, now Interface Security Systems, in roles including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer. He led the development of Westec’s disruptive video as a service offering. Bolen earned his MBA with High Honors from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
The company also welcomes Eric Denton as their new CFO. With over 10 years of finance and operations experience, Eric brings with him an understanding of the dynamic retail technology landscape. He started his career at Ernst & Young as an analyst and subsequently held progressively more senior finance roles. Most recently, Eric served as CFO at Ziosk, Inc., an innovative technology start-up revolutionizing the guest experience and economics of casual dining.
Additionally, ENTOUCH is pleased to announce Richard Chleboski, a cleantech visionary and veteran, will join the board. Rich has held senior management positions at leading cleantech companies including Chief Financial Officer of lithium-ion battery start-up 24M, Managing Director of Canadian Solar, CEO of Bandgap Engineering, and Cofounder, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Evergreen Solar. He is currently managing director of Savvy Growth.
Chleboski joins Chefitz and other board members: industry luminary Scott Boxer, who ran the largest divisions of industry leaders Lennox and York; Dave Kirkpatrick, managing director of SJF Ventures and founding co-chair of Impact Capital Managers; and David Matthews, managing director of RevTech Ventures and Trailblazer Capital.
