The emails are countless and my LinkedIn feed is full. Each subject line trumpeting the 4, 7 or 10 key attributes to lead during these unprecedented times. This is what you need to start doing now so that you can finish this journey, lead your team and separate yourself from the pack. Here’s a playbook for this “unforeseeable” event. It frustrates me and saddens me, that somehow we think now is the time to learn how to lead. It’s a fallacy to think that “now” you can start doing the things you should have always been doing to lead and operate your business the way you should always have been operating your business.
