ENTOUCH is founded in Dallas by James Walton and Ifty Hasan, with a simple premise: multi-site operators should be able to run every location as well as their best one.
2024
Demand response at scale
ENTOUCH expands its demand response program with 24 Hour Fitness, turning connected buildings into a grid resource.
2025
$50M and a new owner
ENTOUCH closes a $50M round led by Respida Capital in September; in November Respida acquires the company, with financing from Monroe Capital. Total capital raised to date: $80.9M.
2026
Intelligence at portfolio scale
ENTelligent Insights brings AI-driven analysis across the portfolio. ENTOUCH takes the E+E Leader Award and a third consecutive place on the Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list.
