Jon Bolen
Chief Executive Officer
Jon is a business-centric technology leader who focuses on disciplined execution. While working on his MBA at Emory, where he graduated with honors, Jon cut his teeth on product marketing for NCR. After leading several groups at RaceTrac Petroleum, he joined Radiant Systems and led their petroleum industry group and European businesses. Capitalizing on his success at Radiant and his expertise in developing technology enabled business services, Jon joined Trax Retail Solutions and, subsequently, Westec Intelligent Surveillance. He played critical roles in building, scaling and, ultimately, facilitating the successful sale of both businesses. Jon joined ENTOUCH in 2013 with a vision to transform the company and the industry. He is proud to be playing a role in ENTOUCH’s quest to save the planet one building at a time. Jon’s hobbies include cycling, sailing, and logging countless miles in his van with his wife, Sam, and their chocolate lab, Rapinoe, exploring our state and national parks.
Eric R. Denton
Chief Financial Officer
A graduate of The Texas McCombs School of Business with over a decade of progressively responsible leadership roles in finance and operations, Eric brings an understanding of the continuously changing world of technology. Most recently, Eric served as CFO at Ziosk, an innovative tabletop technology solution revolutionizing the guest experience and economics of casual dining. Prior to Ziosk, Eric’s background includes Ernst & Young, focusing on assurance/audit services and positions in finance ranging from start-ups to companies with revenue in excess of $400 million. Holding an active CPA license, Eric is a proud member of Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts and serves on the Host Committee of the Nasher Sculpture Center Great Create. On the weekends, you can find Eric cycling around White Rock Lake, or most likely, at kid birthday parties and soccer games with his wife and son.
Frank Menocal
Chief Technology Officer
Frank is a hands-on technical leader with over three decades of experience in software development and IT organization management, building teams from the ground up and finding solutions to complex technical problems. His background in high-volume, data-centric environments, and platform architecture focus have been key to the success of the ENTOUCH cloud platform. Frank is responsible for innovation projects at ENTOUCH related to new technologies, AI and Machine Learning, as well as cybersecurity. Frank is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a BSE degree in Computer and Information Systems. His Interests include history, reading, outdoor activities, and surfing. He enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs.
John Bailey
Senior Vice President, Operations
With more than two decades of operations experience, John provides customer operations guidance and oversight for our North American clients. Having demonstrated the successful build-up and management of operations teams for multiple emerging companies, John brought his coordination and communication skills to ENTOUCH in 2013, focusing his expertise on delivering on-time and on-budget deployments for consistent customer success. After attending the University of Texas in Austin, John relocated to North Texas, where he happily shares his time with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid reader, TTRPG enthusiast, and soccer fan (FC Dallas!)
James Walton
Co-Founder and Vice President, Product Strategy
As a Co-Founder of ENTOUCH, James has an entrepreneurial spirit paired with his experience as a multi-national sales and partner development leader. With several patents already, James is constantly on the lookout for ways to make facilities perform better and describes his work as “creative product solutions with a practical approach.” James has an Executive MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business and enjoys educating others in smart building technology and energy management solutions. His hobbies include playing soccer, golf and spending time with his family.

Jordan is a seasoned channel leader with experience developing and managing valuable partnerships for SaaS companies. Over the past 10 years, he has worked successfully in the startup and Fortune 500 spaces, driving exceptional outcomes through channel distribution. Jordan holds an MBA from Chapman University and is passionate about leading and developing people. He currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife, son, and daughter, where he enjoys coaching his son’s soccer team, golfing, running, and all types of board sports.

As a tenured leader in the SaaS sector, project management, and non-profit environments, Trey’s unique perspective aligns with ENTOUCH’s mission of creating a path to a healthier planet through sustainability solutions. The Customer Success team partners with customers through the realization of their EMS goals and ultimately driving profitability. Trey earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management and a graduate degree in Economic and Entrepreneurial Development. Melissa is an experienced, innovative marketing and communications professional with a passion for finding solutions that not only benefit people in her community but also the planet. Her career includes leading the marketing and communications department at ENTOUCH, where she creates and implements successful digital and traditional campaigns. With an eye on high-tech marketing, Melissa creates meaningful connections through her work. She holds a Bachelor of Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University and is always looking for ways to further her education. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys relaxing with her husband, daughters, and friends, as well as exploring new places during her travels and volunteering for various causes close to her heart.

A nationally recognized leader in the HVAC business, Scott successfully ran the largest divisions of industry leaders Lennox and York, while also being tapped by their CEOs and boards for critical turnaround and growth challenges. Scott has served as President and Chief Operating Officer with an unbroken track record of growth, turnarounds, and profits as the P&L leader of manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses of $40 million to $1.4 billion over three decades.
Richard Chleboski
A cleantech visionary and veteran, Rich utilizes a combination of technical, financial, strategic, operations and business development skills to solve complex problems. Rich has held senior management positions at leading cleantech companies including Chief Financial Officer of lithium-ion battery start-up 24M and direct diode laser company TeraDiode, Managing Director of Canadian Solar, and CEO of Bandgap Engineering. He co-founded Evergreen Solar and as its CFO led it through four rounds of VC funding, an IPO, several post IPO financings and ultimately helped grow it to a market capitalization of over $1B. He is currently Managing Director of management consultancy and leadership coaching firm, Savvy Growth.
