Jon Bolen

Chief Executive Officer

Jon is a business-centric technology leader who focuses on disciplined execution. While working on his MBA at Emory, where he graduated with honors, Jon cut his teeth on product marketing for NCR. After leading several groups at RaceTrac Petroleum, he joined Radiant Systems and led their petroleum industry group and European businesses. Capitalizing on his success at Radiant and his expertise in developing technology enabled business services, Jon joined Trax Retail Solutions and, subsequently, Westec Intelligent Surveillance. He played critical roles in building, scaling and, ultimately, facilitating the successful sale of both businesses. An operations leader with over 20 years of experience, Jon has successfully scaled businesses and delivered results. Jon’s hobbies include cycling, sailing, and logging countless miles to watch his kids’ college soccer matches.

Eric R. Denton

Chief Financial Officer

A graduate of The Texas McCombs School of Business with over a decade of progressively responsible leadership roles in finance and operations, Eric brings an understanding of the continuously changing world of technology. Most recently, Eric served as CFO at Ziosk, an innovative tabletop technology solution revolutionizing the guest experience and economics of casual dining. Prior to Ziosk, Eric’s background includes Ernst & Young, focusing on assurance/audit services and positions in finance ranging from start-ups to companies with revenue in excess of $400 million. Eric is a proud member of Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts and serves on the Host Committee of the Nasher Sculpture Center Great Create. On the weekends, you can find Eric cycling around White Rock Lake, or most likely, at kid birthday parties and soccer games with his wife and son.

Frank Menocal

Chief Technology Officer

Frank is a hands-on technical leader with over three decades of experience in software development and IT organization management, building teams from the ground up, and finding solutions to complex technical problems. His background in high-volume, data-centric environments and platform architecture focus have been key to the success of the ENTOUCH cloud platform. Previously, Frank served as Vice President of Technical Services for Datamatic Ltd, where he architected the SaaS platform used by utilities for automated metering. Frank is a graduate from the University of Florida and holds a BSE degree in Computer and Information Systems. His Interests include history, music, reading and surfing. He enjoys spending time with his family which includes 3 dogs.

Todd Brinegar

EVP, Sales and Marketing

Todd leads our customer acquisition and marketing strategy initiatives. Todd is a business-performance strategist with more than 25 years of sales, marketing, and market repositioning experience. He is a process and performance-driven leader building exceptional teams with a clear sense of purpose and personal achievement. Working in technology-centric companies, Todd’s leadership with startups through multi-billion-dollar organizations include Thales Group, Presideo, and ESW Capital/Crossover. He and his wife are avid travelers, touring North America by motorcycle. While at home, Todd’s interests include cooking, golf, wine, and hunting.

James Walton

Co-Founder and Vice President, Product Strategy and Commercialization

A graduate from SMU’s Cox School of Business, James is constantly on the lookout for ways to make facilities perform better. His keen insights into applied technology go all the way back to his days at Lucent Technologies. An entrepreneur, sales leader and mechanical engineer with two decades of experience serving customers, James establishes new business ventures for ENTOUCH and is a sought after speaker and thought leader in the smart building technology sector. His hobbies include soccer and golf. He enjoys spending time with family and Boy Scouts outings with his son.

John Bailey

Senior Vice President, Operations

With more than two decades of operations experience, John provides customer operations guidance and oversight for our North American clients. Having demonstrated the successful build-up and management of operations teams for multiple emerging companies, John brought his coordination and communication skills to ENTOUCH in 2013, focusing his expertise in delivering on-time and on-budget deployments for consistent customer success. After attending the University of Texas in Austin, John relocated to North Texas, where he happily shares his time with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid reader, TTRPG enthusiast, soccer fan (FC Dallas!), and podcaster.

Jordan Statt

Vice President, Channel Development

Jordan is a seasoned channel leader with experience developing and managing valuable partnerships for SaaS companies. Over the past 10 years, he has worked successfully in both the startup and Fortune 500 spaces, driving exceptional outcomes through channel distribution. Jordan holds an MBA from Chapman University and has a passion for leading and developing people. He currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife and son, where he enjoys coaching his son’s soccer team, golfing, running, and all types of board sports.

Trey Hernandez

Director, Customer Success

With a history of success in driving customer’s logistic and revenue goals, Trey provides valuable insight using ENTOUCH.360 to make data-driven decisions with our customers. As a tenured leader in the SaaS sector, project management, and non-profit environments, Trey’s unique perspective aligns with ENTOUCH’s mission of creating a path to a healthier planet through sustainability solutions. The Customer Success team partners with customers through the realization of their EMS goals and ultimately driving profitability. Trey earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management and a graduate degree in Economic and Entrepreneurial Development. Outside of the office, he appreciates spending time in the great outdoors with his wife and son, traveling, reading, and cooking.

Melissa Parsons

Director, Marketing

While leading marketing and communications for ENTOUCH, Melissa is all about making a genuine difference in people’s lives. She focuses her ENTOUCH energy on creating and implementing digital and traditional marketing campaigns as well as brand strategies. Concentrating on high-tech marketing, her goal is to find innovative ways to market solutions that will benefit the people around her and the planet. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Communication from Stephen F. Austin State University. In her spare time, she likes to relax with her family and friends. On the weekends, you'll find her traveling, volunteering, and attending events to watch her daughters cheer.

Simone Samms

Director, Product Management

Simone is a tenured Product Leader leveraging 20+ years of experience in Marketing, data research and analysis, and strategic account management to bring enterprise-level solutions to market. She brings a passion for the voice of the customer to Product Management and is driven to solve complex customer challenges with user-centric solutions that allow organizations to achieve their business objectives. Simone currently lives in the self-proclaimed Mountain Bike Capital of the world, Bentonville, Arkansas, where she spends her free time exploring the trails with her husband.

In 2008, Robert founded Egis Capital Partners in order to capitalize on his deep security industry investment expertise and to provide investors with a portfolio dedicated to the Security and Protection industry.

Scott Boxer

A nationally recognized leader in the HVAC business, Scott successfully ran the largest divisions of industry leaders Lennox and York, while also being tapped by their CEOs and boards for critical turnaround and growth challenges. Scott has served as President and Chief Operating Officer with an unbroken track record of growth, turnarounds, and profits as the P&L leader of manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses of $40 million to $1.4 billion over three decades.

Richard Chleboski

A cleantech visionary and veteran, Rich utilizes a combination of technical, financial, strategic, operations and business development skills to solve complex problems. Rich has held senior management positions at leading cleantech companies including Chief Financial Officer of lithium-ion battery start-up 24M and direct diode laser company TeraDiode, Managing Director of Canadian Solar, and CEO of Bandgap Engineering. He co-founded Evergreen Solar and as its CFO led it through four rounds of VC funding, an IPO, several post IPO financings and ultimately helped grow it to a market capitalization of over $1B. He is currently Managing Director of management consultancy and leadership coaching firm, Savvy Growth.

Maureen Ehrenberg

Maureen is an internationally recognized expert on real estate business transformation and forward-thinking facility and workplace operating models. With more than 25 years of experience, her team provides strategic advisory and real estate services to investors and corporations worldwide. Before cofounding Blue Skyre, she was Global Head of Real Estate Operations and Strategic Services for WeWork and has held global executive roles with JLL, CBRE, and Grubb & Ellis Company. As a highly sought-after keynote speaker and advisor, Maureen is a recognized industry thought leader and has received several prestigious clients and industry awards for leadership, innovation, and service excellence.

Dave Kirkpatrick

Co-founder and a managing director of SJF Ventures, a positive impact growth equity fund with offices in Durham, New York City, Seattle and San Francisco, Dave helped lead the capitalization of four funds totaling $260 million in assets under management. Dave is a leader in the impact investing arena and serves as the founding co-chair of the Impact Capital Managers (ICM), a network of over 40 venture capital and private equity funds in the U.S. and Canada with $11 billion under management that seek to deliver superior financial returns and clear and measurable impact as a core part of their investment strategy.

David Matthews

David is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist with over two decades of experience in investing and building companies from startup to fruition. His venture capital funds have deployed over $150 million into more than 50 investments during that time. Successful exits include Green Mountain Energy (sold to NRG), Fiber Systems Int’l (sold to Amphenol), PeopleAnswers (sold to Infor), Spawn Labs (sold to GameStop), and Zaadz (sold to Gaiam).
